This page provides useful resources to help attract new students and help them commence their research.

Library Guides

The key to attracting good students is to advertise and market yourself and your research to the world. This should include a mix of:

  • Your JCU Research Portfolio page
  • Other research profiles, such as ORCID, ScopusID orResearcherID
  • Research communities, for example ResearchGate or Academia.edu
  • Social media accounts using Twitter, Facebook or YouTube etc.
  • Networking and presentation at conferences, meetings etc.
