JCU Open eBooks

JCU Library manages the JCU Open eBooks service, which publishes free open ebooks in alignment with JCU strategic priorities, with a central focus on supporting transformative education at JCU.

These books contain textbooks and workbooks written and/or edited by JCU academics for use in courses, but also study support material developed by learning advisors and curriculum developers and works produced by JCU researchers that support our place in the education community.

eTextbook Collections

JCU Library subscribes to a number of eTextbook collections. These collections are curated to provide access to a large number of high quality, multidisciplinary content with unlimited user access, ensuring that students have equitable access to learning resources.
