JCU utilises Multifactor Authentication software (ForgeRock) when logging into JCU Online systems to keep your information as safe as possible.

Multifactor Authentication - SS0 ForgeRock- HR Online

1. Install the Forge Rock Authenticator app on your mobile phone. 
2. Go to HR Online and sign in with your Single Sign On
3. It will automatically bring up this screen, select 'ForgeRock Authenticator (push notification) 
4. You should see a QR Code - Open the app and press the + in the top left hand corner, which will ask you for access to your camera and push notifications, accept both.
5. The camera will automatically open within the app, hold it up to the QR code and scan it.
6. It will register to your device and bring up some recovery codes - MAKE SURE YOU TAKE A PHOTO AND SAVE THESE SOMEWHERE SAFE!!!!!! You will need them to log in if you don't log into SSO regularly or if you log into SSO from various computers.
7. In the app click ACCEPT
8. You should now be logged in.
9. If you are unable to log in for any reason contact IT Helpdesk via Service Now, email: ithelpdesk@jcu.edu.au  or phone: 47815500, when prompted select option 1.
