Don't Rush to Crush is an eBook by the Society of Hospital Pharmacists of Australia which is hosted on AusDI and MIMS. As such, it needs to be treated as a dictionary entry in which the author and the publisher are two different entities. JCU does not subscribe to Don't Rush to Crush via MIMS, but if you have accessed it using MIMS via a different institution, you would use MIMS Australia as the publisher.
