Cancelling a request from the Monitor Request and Item Processes page
Sign into ALMA
Location should be [Your campus]- Circulation desk
Go to Fulfilment > Resource Requests > Monitor Requests & Item Processes
It will bring up this page:
Locate the item you want to cancel and click Cancel
Fill out the pop up that appears on the screen
Use the drop down box to select the reason for cancellation e.g. couldn’t locate the item, item is missing etc.
Fill in the Cancellation notes field if needed
Make sure that the Notify user box is checked and click confirm
On the right hand side of the screen, you will see a notification that the request was cancelled
