EndNote can be used with a number of software packages

The following software provides Cite While You Write (CWYW) tools within the software:

 

  Microsoft Word 2007, 2010*, 2013*, and 2016*

  Microsoft PowerPoint 2007, 2010*, 2013*, and 2016*

  Apache OpenOffice 3.x

  LibreOffice 4.x, 5.x, 6.x (32-bit)

 

  Microsoft Word 2011, 2016 (version 15.21.1 or later)

You can also format papers using EndNote for software that save .RTF files or .ODT files:


  Google Docs

 WordPad for supported Windows versions 11, 12, 13, 14
